You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • In its original packaging
  • With all original tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Personal care products and beauty items that have been opened or used
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item first. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • With all original tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
